The Journal Queen wasn't build during life's easiest moments. It came from a season of uncertainty and healing. The realization that journaling and therapy changed how I loved, communicated, and showed up for the people around me.

Before I could expect that from anyone else, I had to date myself, respect my own boundaries, and build a foundation rooting in self-worth instead of validation. Every journal and every piece we make exists to help someone else do the same.
